Our tailored training solution is cost-effective when the curriculum needs to be tailored to your needs. While the training curriculum is a fixed set of training, the tailored curriculum bundles several types of training into time-efficient and custom training.

Why choose the tailored training?

Tailoring the training allows us to fit the training delivery to your specific situation. This way, training is possible even when dealing with deadlines and limited staff availability. In addition, it’s possible to receive training on the ECLIPSE modules for which no standard training packages are available, such as DASH, PCM, EEE, and ICMDB.

Adapting to your needs

Here are some ways we can adjust the training:

• Post-implementation training: After implementation, we offer a series of short (1-hour) weekly online training sessions that focus on specific features, helping your team get comfortable with the system. These sessions are also an excellent opportunity to ask questions that arise during initial use.
• Staggered training: Start the training course with basic training for all users. Everyone who needed just the basics then leaves. Then advanced level training is delivered. Everyone who doesn’t require administrator training then leaves. The training session concludes with administrator-level training.
• Flexible scheduling: We recognise that training can disrupt workflows. To minimise disruption, we’re happy to schedule training sessions outside of regular business hours.

The right size of training

Tailored training allows us to offer your team the information they need to be successful. The right size will ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, increased engagement, and improved knowledge retention. Typically, we do this by combining, downscaling, or upscaling our ECLIPSE normal training.

Combining Training

Combining the standard training curriculum lets you bundle related courses for a more complete skill set. Some examples of combining training packages:

• ECLIPSE Essentials. An Essentials level training course encompassing all modules an organisation is using. For example, ECLIPSE Essentials could be a combination of DCCM, AIM and eRID Essentials level training courses. This makes for a shorter training because there is some overlap in functionality between the modules.
• ECLIPSE Administrator. This is Administrator level training spans all modules of ECLIPSE, its combinations and fit with the organisations requirements can make this training take one day. This means it’s much faster than doing all administrator-level training packages for the different modules.
• eRID for Review Managers and DCCM Advanced. The combination of these training packages enables users to manage the entire lifecycle of a RID review from beginning to end. This includes creating and managing RID reviews, managing associated Action Items, and bringing in documents that need to be reviewed.
• If basic training is requested for two modules, they can be combined, cutting down the time needed. Time can be saved because some features are standardised across ECLIPSE. A typical example of this is the search function.

Downscaling Training

Downscaling a training can allow you to focus on specific aspects of a module. Some examples of downscaling training packages:

• Feature specific training
• Questions and answers sessions
• Module overview training

Upscaling Training

Training can also be upscaled to include skills and knowledge about the processes that ECLIPSE supports. Some examples:

• DCCM training combined with Configuration Management Essentials
• eRISK training combined with Management of Risk training
• eNCTS training combined with ISO-based Internal Auditor training
